These guys are real good, professional, hard working, and understanding. They upgraded my car rental, the csr was clean, new and drove well. I had booked online so everything was smooth at pickup and dropoff. I'd recommend booking with them. The shuttle to get to the car rental place is from Viscount station at the airport, and their office is a 10 min shuttle drive.

Very good customer service, I’ve damaged the car and the rental company was very professional and informative and honest in resolving my issue. They provided the full documents that i needed to get reimbursed from my insurance company with no complications. They gave me a brand new car even a free upgrade at the counter. The shuttle bus service was convenient and quick. Thanks guys great job. Will definitely recommend my friends and family to you guys.

This is the 3rd time I've rented from here. This last time was A+. Easy pick up and drop off. I received an upgrade to the Chrysler 300 2023. It was great. Very smooth ride. Definitely a gas guzzler but only expected by a 6 cylinder car. Thanks Gurpreet.

I was provided a clean and brand new car (upgraded) both times. The check out and check in process is easy and the team clearly takes pride in their work and fleet. Great service with one flaw. Everyone was professional and courteous, especially Amit. The rental experience was great overall and the car was excellent. My only gripe is that it was not clear how to order the shuttle service from the airport. I called the hotel where the rental is located, but they were unable to help me. Otherwise great experience, and very reasonable price.

Hiring the Mustang really made my vacation and made me the most popular uncle. It was a joy to ride. I couldn’t believe how affordable it was compared to other rental agencies. Rented from City car and truck rental for 10 days (June 22-Jul 2) and it was the smoothest experience ever! Their customer service is top notch. Phone calls are always promptly answered and the shuttle service is on time and without any hassle. It's a quick drive to and from the airport so it was very convenient. City rentals also has the most affordable car rental rates I've seen in the GTA hands down! I was impressed that they allowed us to pick up earlier than the time we booked online. Our flight came in at 5am and they allowed us to pick up right as they opened. We were also running 15 mins to return the vehicle and they were as nice as ever. Big shout out to our Shuttle driver Amrit (I hope I have the name correct) who made sure we were well taken car of and provided excellent service. The person handling the admin in the office was really awesome as well. The vehicle we received was new and in excellent condition. Overall the best rental experience I've had.

City car and truck rentals are super affordable compared to other rental companies. They are also open 24 hours which is a huge plus! Very easy process! Rahul helped us by giving us a flat rate for a week with a discounted rate, he was super nice, helpful and gave us the best price to fit our budget which was a great experience! We got a Mitsubishi that was extremely clean and looked brand new. Highly recommend this spot as opposed to enterprise and all those other car rental spots.

I am very happy with their service both on the phone and in person. They provided me a rental the day after the accident while the recommended rental company couldn't give me anything for 3 days. The staff are very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and patient in answering my questions. Special shout out to Mohit and Gupreet and another gentleman that I unfortunately didn't get his name. I booked a car for the week, upon arrival they free upgraded to a better model. Staff was helpful and whole process was simple and smooth. Prices are reasonable. Car was clean and in really good condition. I used rental vehicles in same caring way as I do for my own car. Same happened when I returned the car, handing over done smoothly.
