How can I pay for my 8 or 12 passenger seater van rental?
We accept cash, debit card, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We do require a valid credit card for the rental deposit when you book.
License, Vehicle & Reservation information
Do I need a special licence to drive a 12 Passenger seater Van?
Drivers don't need a special licence to operate a van if it isn't being used for commercial purposes. Seat belts must be worn by passengers. Under these terms, a standard G-class driver’s license is acceptable for safe driving.
Can I smoke in your passenger vans?
Like all our fleet, our 8 and 12=passenger seater vans are non-smoking. Please consider smoking outside of our vehicles to avoid a shampooing fee.
Where do I pick up and return the passenger seater van?
You can come to our location, or free customer pick-up and customer drop-off are available within a 10-kilometre radius of us with any rental of at least one day. Airport pickup and return are also free of charge.

We will be arriving/departing from the Toronto Airport. Can we pick up the van there?
To make your airport van rental as convenient as possible, we offer a reliable shuttle service to and from the
Toronto Pearson International Airport. We would be happy to pick you all up, along with all your luggage, at the start of your trip and return you back to the airport when you return your van rental at the end of your visit. We are located just 5 minutes from the Toronto International Airport (YYZ). (The Toronto airport is actually located in Mississauga and extends into Etobicoke where we are located. We are just a few minutes drive from the airport. We are nearby and at your service!
What if I need to cancel my rental booking?
All passenger van rental cancellations must be submitted one week in advance of the pick-up time to avoid a full rental charge. Cancellations must be done via phone or e-mail.
Can I have more than one driver for the van?
A maximum of one additional driver is permitted on the rental agreement. A small, per-day surcharge will be added to the cost.
We are bringing a lot of luggage with us. Will there be room?
Our large passenger capacity vans - whether 8-seater SUVs or 12-seat passenger vans - provide ample room for both people and their gear. The vans have sliding side doors, as well as back doors to make loading and unloading a breeze.
What happens if I drive on the 407 or other toll roads?
Customers are responsible for all toll charges accumulated when driving our passenger van rentals. If charges for tolls are incurred you will be billed for the amount along with an administration fee.

Is Etobicoke the same as Toronto?
Etobicoke is part of Toronto. It is Toronto's west-end. It is officially an administrative district of Toronto. Etobicoke is one of six municipalities that amalgamated to become the City of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Etobicoke is bordered on the south by Lake Ontario, on the east by the Humber River, on the west by Etobicoke Creek, the city of Mississauga, and the Toronto Pearson International Airport (a small portion of the airport actually extends into Etobicoke itself). The name "Etobicoke" means "place where the alders grow". The name is derived from the Mississauga word
wah-do-be-kang (
wadoopikaang). This was how the Mississauga peoples described the area between Etobicoke Creek and the Humber River. Etobicoke was adopted as the official name in 1795.

We offer a free shuttle service. We will pick up both you and your gear and bring you to your rental car - and then return you back to the airport when you return your car at the end of your trip.
