Used to rent cars from those big companies. This was my first time trying city car rental and their service and price are fantastic. Highly recommend it.

Would rate 6 stars if I could! This was my second time renting from City Car. Beyond the great price, the team and service is what sets this place apart. I was provided a clean and brand new car (upgraded) both times. The check out and check in process is easy and the team clearly takes pride in their work and fleet. We rented a vehicle last weekend for 5 days. They upgraded us for no extra cost and dropped us back off at terminal 3 as there were no other drop offs. Very easy to work with. Great customer service. The only downfall is figuring out where to go to get picked up from the airport. The instructions seem simple but as someone who has never been to the Toronto airport it’s easy to get turned around. I would definitely rent from them again!

I booked a car for the week, upon arrival they free upgraded to a better model. Staff was helpful and whole process was simple and smooth. Prices are reasonable. Car was clean and in really good condition. I used rental vehicles in same caring way as I do for my own car. Same happened when I returned the car, handing over done smoothly.

I was a bit worried that the process of picking up the car would take a lot of time, since they are located away from the airport, however, I called as we were walking to the train to viscount and the shuttle was there when we arrived. The pick up process was easy and everyone was friendly. Prices were reasonable compared to other car rentals. I would recommend!

Very good experience. Rahul was very helpful with the questions/concerns as well as walk-about of the car and car drop check out. Very reasonable rates. The car itself was pretty good and didn't have any performance issues or anything.

Rented from City car and truck rental for 10 days (June 22-Jul 2) and it was the smoothest experience ever! Their customer service is top notch. Phone calls are always promptly answered and the shuttle service is on time and without any hassle. It's a quick drive to and from the airport so it was very convenient. City rentals also has the most affordable car rental rates I've seen in the GTA hands down! I was impressed that they allowed us to pick up earlier than the time we booked online. Our flight came in at 5am and they allowed us to pick up right as they opened. We were also running 15 mins to return the vehicle and they were as nice as ever. Big shout out to our Shuttle driver Amrit (I hope I have the name correct) who made sure we were well taken car of and provided excellent service. The person handling the admin in the office was really awesome as well. The vehicle we received was new and in excellent condition. Overall the best rental experience I've had.

I called City Car & Truck Rental to find out if they had a car for a few days and their customer service team were excellent. Excellent company! I rented an 8 seater Kia Carnival for a 2 day trip from Toronto to Ottawa. Good car, good price and good services.
