The Best Car, Van & Truck Rentals in Etobicoke Ontario

It’s been a while since I’ve rented a car but as camping season is back in full swing, a call to City Car and Truck Rental was at the top of my list. As usual they came in at a price that could not be beat and the staff were friendly and helpful as always. City Car truly is the only call you have to make if you’re looking to rent a clean reliable vehicle in Toronto. I personally TTC to their location and the extra time on the TTC is more than worth it because of the exceptional service they provide, which I must say far outstrips the service I've received from car rental agencies in the DT core.

My vehicle was new During my rental period, I encountered no issues whatsoever. The vehicle performed flawlessly, and I felt safe and secure throughout my journey. In the event that I had any questions or concerns, the company's customer service was readily available and responsive. Their representatives were courteous, patient, and genuinely interested in assisting me.

I am very happy with their service both on the phone and in person. They provided me a rental the day after the accident while the recommended rental company couldn't give me anything for 3 days. The staff are very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and patient in answering my questions. Special shout out to Mohit and Gupreet and another gentleman that I unfortunately didn't get his name. The rental I got was clean and well maintained that l am now looking for the same make and model for my next vehicle. I highly recommend City Car & Truck Rental company. Excellent service! Needed a six-passenger van which is hard to find The van was there ready for me. The rates were great compared to elsewhere Returning the van was no hassle Brought me quickly to the airport via their shuttle Highly recommend them My daughter is picking up a car also

I was a bit worried that the process of picking up the car would take a lot of time, since they are located away from the airport, however, I called as we were walking to the train to viscount and the shuttle was there when we arrived. The pick up process was easy and everyone was friendly. Prices were reasonable compared to other car rentals. I would recommend!

When I arrived to pick up my rental car, I was greeted by another friendly staff member who quickly processed my paperwork and showed me to my vehicle. The car itself was clean, well-maintained, and ran smoothly throughout my rental period. I appreciated the convenience of being able to drop off the car at a different location than where I picked it up, which made my travels much easier. Found the company on the web, prices were excellent and reviews positive, so decided to go ahead. Instructions for the pickup from the airport were precise and we were first to be picked up, the guy came with a large van and took all our baggage including a bike in the box and we were signing the papers in 15 min. When I came to the car (bigger and better then the one I signed for) all baggage was already moved to the car. The car was clean and in great shape. Tank full. Overall great service.

Would rate 6 stars if I could! This was my second time renting from City Car. Beyond the great price, the team and service is what sets this place apart. I was provided a clean and brand new car (upgraded) both times. The check out and check in process is easy and the team clearly takes pride in their work and fleet. These guys are real good, professional, hard working, and understanding. They upgraded my car rental, the csr was clean, new and drove well. I had booked online so everything was smooth at pickup and dropoff. I'd recommend booking with them. The shuttle to get to the car rental place is from Viscount station at the airport, and their office is a 10 min shuttle drive.

I was EXTREMELY pleased with this car rental service on our trip to Toronto. I booked through Kayak, and called the company for details . The rates were the best that I found as I needed a car for the whole week.The employees were so pleasant and answered all my questions. The car was clean and waiting for us on arrival. They even helped me set up my phone's GPS. When we returned the car, Harry attended to us quickly, did the walk around with us, and even helped us remove our suitcases. We will definitely use them again when we return to Toronto.
