If you’re coming from Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ), follow these directions:
1. Take Britannia Rd E to Convair Dr, heading southwest.
2. Turn left onto Britannia Rd E and continue on Convair Dr.
3. Take York Regional Rd 27 to Queens Plate Dr in Etobicoke.
4. Turn left onto Convair Dr, then left onto Renforth Dr, and left again onto Carlingview Dr.

May 21, 2022I was a bit worried that the process of picking up the car would take a lot of time, since they are located away from the airport, however, I called as we were walking to the train to viscount and the shuttle was there when we arrived. The pick up process was easy and everyone was friendly. Prices were reasonable compared to other car rentals. I would recommend!

August 21, 2024It’s been a while since I’ve rented a car but as camping season is back in full swing, a call to City Car and Truck Rental was at the top of my list. As usual they came in at a price that could not be beat and the staff were friendly and helpful as always. City Car truly is the only call you have to make if you’re looking to rent a clean reliable vehicle in Toronto. I personally TTC to their location and the extra time on the TTC is more than worth it because of the exceptional service they provide, which I must say far outstrips the service I've received from car rental agencies in the DT core.

May 21, 2022Very good customer service, I’ve damaged the car and the rental company was very professional and informative and honest in resolving my issue. They provided the full documents that i needed to get reimbursed from my insurance company with no complications. They gave me a brand new car even a free upgrade at the counter. The shuttle bus service was convenient and quick. Thanks guys great job. Will definitely recommend my friends and family to you guys.

City car and truck rental has been my saving grace twice already! The staff have been super helpful (especially with last minute bookings) and kind both times I have used their service. Their service is exceptional and their prices are some of the best out there! I'll definitely be back next time I need to rent a car. Not to mention their cars are clean and basically brand new! Both times I've rented the Durango and it never disappoints! 5/5 stars!

May 21, 2024These guys are real good, professional, hard working, and understanding. They upgraded my car rental, the csr was clean, new and drove well. I had booked online so everything was smooth at pickup and dropoff. I'd recommend booking with them. The shuttle to get to the car rental place is from Viscount station at the airport, and their office is a 10 min shuttle drive.

My only gripe is that it was not clear how to order the shuttle service from the airport. I called the hotel where the rental is located, but they were unable to help me. Otherwise great experience, and very reasonable price.

We rented a vehicle last weekend for 5 days. They upgraded us for no extra cost and dropped us back off at terminal 3 as there were no other drop offs. Very easy to work with. Great customer service. The only downfall is figuring out where to go to get picked up from the airport. The instructions seem simple but as someone who has never been to the Toronto airport it’s easy to get turned around. I would definitely rent from them again!

Rahul helped us by giving us a flat rate for a week with a discounted rate, he was super nice, helpful and gave us the best price to fit our budget which was a great experience! We got a Mitsubishi that was extremely clean and looked brand new. Highly recommend this spot as opposed to enterprise and all those other car rental spots.
